Course curriculum is uniquely designed to help participants become better leaders in their communities. Core topics will cover:

 

· Piecing together an image of a community

· How components of a community impact quality of live

· Community Leadership roles

​

· Understanding the interaction between various leaders in the community

​

· Building a successful community through collaboration

​

· How leadership is the key to a successful community

​

· Preparing for the role of leadership in the community

​

· Leading the way to a brighter future

Each session is held on last Thursday of each month 8:00 am until noon.  Each session will be held at a different location.  Core topics for each session will be conducted by leaders in the field.  Participants will take field trips to various business, industries and agencies to gain an understanding of how they function.
